When should the sensors be calibrated?

In general the Meteorological Sensors must be checked for contamination every 6th month.
The Motion Sensor and the Meteorological Sensors must be re-calibrated after 3 years operation.
 

What is the service interval for the SecRec HMS system?

The DVR issued during commissioning is valid up to 3 years and must be renewed accordingly.
General SW updates are also required after 3 years operation. ShoreConnection recommend
a 3 year system service interval. We also offer a 3 year Sensor Exchange program.
 

How do we get updated documentation?

Send an email to support@shoreconnection.no with a request for updated documentation
and User Manual for operations and maintenance.
